El Paso billionaire Paul Foster and a Dallas real estate development company plan to break ground this summer on a huge residential community in Northeast El Paso, they announced Tuesday.
Campo del Sol will be a master-planned community that eventually is to have about 9,500 homes and multifamily units, 135 acres of park land, walking trails, and 300 acres of commercial development, according to the announcement from Foster’s company, Franklin Mountain Communities, and Scarborough Lane Development, which will develop the project.
