Franklin Mountain Communities Tuesday announced plans for Campo del Sol, a master-planned community in Northeast El Paso. The development is situated at the foothills of the Franklin Mountains near Painted Dunes Golf Course, just 10 minutes from Fort Bliss.
Officials share that Campo del Sol will include approximately 9,500 residential units, 300 acres of commercial development, a minimum of 135 acres of park land, open spaces and trails, and dedicated school sites. Pre-development is underway, and homes will be available by spring of 2022.
